Permits
Some building projects will require obtaining a permit for the work to be done. The homeowner or General Contractor will need to contact their local township office to discuss the requirements in their area. They will often need drawings and building specifications and we are happy to help with this process to make it as smooth as possible.

Estimates
Having an overall idea of what a project may cost can be all the difference. We can schedule an appointment to go over the ideas you have and for larger projects, arrangements can be made to view your blue prints. Estimates are always at no cost to you.
